How To Place an Order in ROES
Once you've signed up to become a Color Inc. customer, follow these steps to place your first order through our ROES ordering software! If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department at 800.475.8340 or email@example.com.
Step 1: To download the Color Inc. ROES client, please click here and continue by selecting the orange arrow. A screen will come up asking you to allow the software to run on your computer. Click "Allow".
Step 2: Click on ''Order Products'' from the top right hand side buttons.
Step 3: To load your images, click the ''Add Image Folder'' button located in the bottom right side of the window. Then, browse to find the folder where your images are saved, and select ''Open''.
Step 4: Once your images have loaded into ROES, navigate to the upper left and select a catalog next to the ''Sizes'' fly window. Click here to view our products.
Step 5: Once you have selected the catalog you wish to order from, choose your desired print size from the available options, which will produce a blank template in the center of the window.
Step 6: Select an image from the thumbnails and drag it to the blank template. You can adjust the size, layout and position of the image to your liking by clicking once on the image to bring up the adjustment panel.
Step 7 (Optional): Additional finishing services such as Mounting and Texturizing for your prints can be found under the "Options" section to the left of your screen.
Step 8: When you've finished setting your image in place, choose your quantity and select the ''Add to Cart'' button. You will need to do this for EACH image you would like to print.
Step 9: Once you have completed adding your images, select the ''View Cart'' button. This new window will allow you to review your order for accuracy and select any additional order services that may be available. Orders over $15.00 automatically qualify for FREE USPS Priority shipping!
Step 10: You will need to fill out the Order Reference field found at the top right of the Cart for every order you place. Enter something specific pertaining to your order such as 'Smith Wallets' to help keep track of your orders, which can be referenced within the order's confirmation email and your Client Control Panel.
Step 11: Select the ''Complete and Send Order'' to select your desired Shipping Method and fill out the My Information form. Account numbers and passwords must be accurate and all fields need to be filled in for the order to process. Once all the information has been completed click ''Place Order'' to continue.
Step 12: Your order is now placed! You should receive a confirmation email shortly verifying that the order has been received by the lab.
