How To Place an Order in ROES

Once you've signed up to become a Color Inc. customer, follow these steps to place your first order through our ROES ordering software! If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department at 800.475.8340 or info@colorincprolab.com.

Step 1: To download the Color Inc. ROES client, please click here and continue by selecting the orange arrow. A screen will come up asking you to allow the software to run on your computer. Click "Allow".

Step 2: To load your images, select the ''Folder'' button located in the bottom right hand corner. Then, browse to find the folder where your images are saved, and select ''Choose''.

Step 3: Once your images are loaded into ROES, navigate to the bottom right and select the ''Sizes'' button. From here, select ''Catalog'' and an extention will appear showing each product offered through the lab. Click here to view our products.

Step 4: Once you have selected the catalog that you wish to order from, select the ''Sizes'' button again and choose your desired size.

Step 5: Select an image from the right side and drag it over to the left side. You can adjust the size, layout and position of the image to your liking with the buttons located on the right hand side.

Step 6 (Optional): Select the ''Options'' button to add finishing services to your prints such as mounting, spray coating, frames or a color options.

Step 7: When you've finished setting your image in place, choose your quantity and select the ''Add to Order'' button. You will need to do this for EACH image you would like to print.

Step 8: Once you have completed adding your images, select the ''Review Order'' button located in the lower portion of your screen. This window will allow you to review your order for accuracy and select your desired shipping method. Orders over $15.00 automatically qualify for FREE USPS Priority shipping!

Step 9: You will need to fill out the ''Order Reference'' field found in the bottom left of the ''Review Order'' screen. Enter something pertaining to your order such as 'Smith Wallets'. This is to help you keep track of your orders and can be referenced within the order's confirmation email and within your Client Control Panel.

Step 10: Select ''Complete Order'' and fill out the Customer Information form. Account number and password must be accurate and all fields need to be filled in for the order to process. Once all the information has been filled in click ''Next'' to continue.

Step 11: Your order is now placed! You should receive a confirmation email shortly verifying that the order has been received by the lab.
