Shipping Damages
Color Inc uses USPS Priority shipping for all standard packages, and allows customers to select shipping upgrades on a per order basis. Packages always leave the lab in perfect condition and receiving a damaged print or package is extremely rare. Should you receive a damaged print, please be sure to follow the steps listed below.
Reporting Shipping Damage
Keep all damaged materials including prints and packaging. Take a snapshot of the damages and send them to info@colorincprolab.com with the ROES order ID in the subject line (i.e. Shipping Damage R198455) as soon as possible to report your claim. A customer service representative will respond within 24 business hours and provide you with instructions on replacing the damaged prints.
Damaged packages are subject to the following policies:
- You must keep the damaged materials (including prints, and packaging)
- You must report a damaged shipment within five business days of package delivery.
- You must send in the same order for reprints (same images / same paper types / same quantity / etc.)
