AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND COLOR INCOPORATED

This Web site is offered to the user conditioned on acceptance by the user ("User") without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing and using this Web site, the User is deemed to have agreed to all such terms, conditions, and notices (the "Agreement").

Please note that once an order has been submitted it cannot be stopped from printing for any reason and will be billed to your credit card on file. All orders must be properly labeled and submitted to avoid any additional fees. Our lab policies are available for viewing online, at http://www.colorincprolab.com/policies.php

All orders will be printed as-is and are non-refundable. Orders will not be re-printed due to anything, or any reason that is out of Color Inc’s control. Please have your monitor calibrated to our lab standards or have us color-correct your images if you are concerned about color.

Special order items including, but not limited to, albums, frames, studio equipment, presentation items or any product that ColorInc must special order, may not be returned or refunded for any reason. If a product arrives damaged, it will be replaced with a like kind once the damaged product has been received back by Color Incorporated.

By accessing this website or by submitting an order you agree to these terms and conditions stated above and give Color Incorporated permission to charge your credit card on file. No credit card charge backs will be accepted for any reason. As an account holder you are responsible for payment of all orders submitted using your account. We are unable to accept third party payments. All orders must be charged to the account holders credit card on file.

You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules products or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Color Incorporated reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by revising the terms and conditions herein. User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of this Web site following any such changes shall constitute the User's acceptance of such changes.
