Studio Shipping vs Drop Shipping!

We are working hard at Color Inc to provide the best service to our customers. That can sometimes mean adjustments to our ROES ordering system! We wanted to let you know the changes we’ve made to the shipping screens in ROES.

After you’ve added your items to your cart and you’re ready to order, click “Complete and Send Order”.

After you’ve clicked to proceed, you will see the screen to put your Studio Shipping address! Please note, this is not where you input your drop ship address for your client. That will come later!

Once you’ve put your Studio Shipping address in - you can proceed to the next screen which will then ask for the shipping method you prefer. At this time, if you’d like to Drop Ship to your client you would select Drop Ship (and the method you’d like for that).

Once that is entered you can continue to the payment screen with ordering!

In Review:

  • Standard shipping orders (selecting free Economy Shipping, FedEx Ground Shipping, ect) will be shipped to your studio address entered in the first screen and will include the invoice.

  • Drop Ship orders are set to go to your client and do not include invoice.
