How to Canvas a print in Photoshop: Easy 13x19 print from a 16x20

Ever wonder how to make a custom size print thats not available in ROES? Here is a easy 3 step process in Photoshop

The image i’m using is already cropped to 13x19 and i’m going to lay it out on a 16x20 using the Canvas Tool in Photoshop.

Image Tab > select: Canvas Size

2. Put in your Width and Height .. move the anchor to the bottom left by clicking on it

3. Hit ok and there you go a 13x19 on a 16x20 .. just flatten your image and save as a .jpg

Order as a 16x20 in ROES and Put TRIM WHITE in the special Instructions:)

Now then, it’s time for homemade oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies!

Ingredients

¾ cup butter, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats

¾ teaspoon salt

1 - 12 ounce package semisweet morsels

1 cup raisins

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl beat butter and sugars at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.
Combine flour, soda, oats and salt in a small bowl; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. With a wooden spoon stir in morsels and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. For ease of cleaning you can use parchment paper on the baking sheets instead of greasing them.
Bake for 8 to 14 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. The edges of the cookies should just start to lightly brown. Remove from the oven and cool on pans for 5 minutes, then move to wire racks to cool completely.

Table top standoffs for Acrylics

Since introducing our 5x7 and 8x10 Acrylic panels last year, they have become very popular, but the one thing we were missing was an easy way to display them. Because they are only ¼” thick they of course can not stand up on their own. So, with a little collective brain power or as it is colloquially referred to as coffee and cookies (hint, hint) we came up with Table top standoffs.

The table top standoffs are ¼ thick by 3” long and work perfectly to display the 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14 acrylic prints. They come standard with paper backing and you can upgrade to styrene backing as well in white or black to class up that edge a little bit. Now it is easy to display those small acrylic prints on any shelf or table or desk or piano or counter or galactic cruiser console, well you get the idea!
