Holiday Shipping and Production Schedule
Orders received by 12 noon (EST) will ship, or be ready for pick-up, on or before their posted product turnaround time. Orders received after 12 noon (EST) will not be processed until the following business day.

In Lab Turnaround times may be extended 2- 5 Days during peak season (September 1 - December 31) and during sale promotions.
Please keep in mind service times due stack for printing with mounting options or additional services added such as texturizing, key chains etc. Example: Pro Print (1 Business Day) with styrene mount (2 Business Days) = 3 Business Days in Lab

Track Packages Online
Tracking numbers for all orders will be provided via e-mail and can be viewed by logging into your account via the Color Inc Client Control Panel.

Shipping Damages
Should you receive a damaged print, please be sure to follow the steps listed below.
Reporting Shipping Damage
Keep all damaged materials including prints and packaging. Take a snapshot of the damages and send them to info@colorincprolab.com with the ROES order ID in the subject line (i.e. Shipping Damage R198455) as soon as possible to report your claim. A customer service representative will respond within 24 business hours and provide you with instructions on replacing the damaged prints.
Damaged packages are subject to the following policies:
Keep the damaged materials (including prints, and packaging)
Report a damaged shipment to us within five business days of package delivery.
Send in the same order for reprints (same images, same quantity, etc.)
Refunds due to shipping delays out of our control are handled on a case by case basis please contact customer service.
